City Experiences is seeking a Graphic Designer for our Marketing operation in New York, NY.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day delivery exhibits your creative abilities and strategic design concepts for all marketing channels including, but not limited to, website content, digital advertising, print advertising, social media, sales collateral, signage, vessel branding and other merchandising materials.


• Work with teammates to maintain creative consistency across channels, ensuring all projects align with the new brand strategy and creative vision.


• Be a champion for the brand and uphold brand standards in all design deliverables, always looking for opportunities to streamline and elevate.


• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, balancing great design with a sense of urgency.


• Proficient at managing own work and meeting deadlines.


• Works cooperatively and positively with all staff members to promote an environment of excellence and teamwork.


• Design corporate/product brochures, magazines, mailers, newsletters and sales collaterals.


• Design branded materials for website, email, organic/paid social, radio buy companion banners


• Documents all work processes and procedures thoroughly and accurately.


• Additional job duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, visual communications, advertising or related field.


• 5+ years design experience within an in-house creative team, marketing or ad agency environment.


• Strong aesthetic sense with advanced technical skills using Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop.


• Knowledge of project management software such as WorkFront or Monday.com


• Experience with the online web development process, digital/video file format standards, social media platforms, browser compatibility, desktop and mobile, UX, wireframes and information architecture. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.


• A keen eye for typography and composition for imagery selection and cropping.


• Demonstrate proficiency with building files for display advertising and print production – including pre-press and building files for final output.


• Continually seek additional opportunities for professional development and actively follow and stay relevant with current design trends.


• Possess organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
