We have an opening for a Vice President, Marketing/CMO, Kount in our Boise, ID headquarters.
Job Summary: As the VP Marketing/CMO, Kount you will be responsible for developing and executing on a comprehensive marketing strategy driving the achievement of defined revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Analyzes competition, industry, and market trends with the ability to translate research findings into actionable tasks consistent with the marketing & product strategic plan.
Stay abreast of trends and new developments in marketing initiatives and those of competitors and key benchmarks.
Define and execute the Kount brand strategy including content and metrics to provide competitive advantage, differentiation, enhanced perception and reinforce the reputation as a global leader.
Define an integrated, multi-channel go-to-market strategy that drives both brand awareness and revenues. Execute customer acquisition and brand campaigns, with enhancement and refinement as appropriate based on observed channel performance and returns on marketing investment (ROMI).
Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute the marketing plan to support the product roadmap and business strategies. Establish metrics and processes to assess and optimize ROI.
Align marketing efforts with the organization's strategic priorities and further link to business results
Work collaboratively with the product management and product development organizations in the design and implementation of product expansions and build a strategic product roadmap.
Be a true partner to key executives in understanding their businesses and developing customer strategies that drive growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ten+ years of senior marketing leadership experience leading a B2B marketing organization, preferably in an information services, fintech or financial services business; well-rounded in all aspects of marketing functions, particularly product marketing & development, public relations, brand, communications, demand generation, lead generation, customer retention, channels, advanced analytics, and data.
Kount is seeking a dynamic leader, who can easily toggle between the macro and micro; one moment working on strategy and the next leading the execution of a complex product marketing rollout. A superb strategist and collaborator, the ideal candidate excels at delivering a world-class customer experience.
Balanced with both effective strategic visioning skills and effective hands-on operational/execution skills. Ability to develop and execute growth strategies with ease.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a team, with proven experience building a high performing marketing organization.
Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
