Our Hialeah location in Florida, United States is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Cost Accountant. This job is permanent, full-time.

We are seeking a Cost Accountant for our Tissue division in Hialeah. The position reports to the Vice President & Controller in Miami but with a strong dotted line to with the General Mill Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mill cost control


• Analysis, measure KPI and inventory


• Grade costs (SKU’s)


• Protect assets, identify risks


• Margin report


• Budget / Forecast


• Month end closing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance


• 3+ years’ experience in accounting, manufacturing background preferred


• SAP knowledge a plus.


• Interacts with Senior Managers and Accounting team to providing fact based information providing expert subject matter cost / operation relating to strategic and tactical decisions impacting operation and profitability
