Manage customer onboarding and pricing execution processes; pricing claims and pricing support. Identifies, researches and documents continuous improvement opportunities within the Company. Utilizes analytical tools in an effort to streamline current practices and drive accuracy.
KEY DETAILS:
Fully remote position at this time but will work on-site in the future or as needed.
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (Occasional work on Sunday)
Prefer strong Excel experience: V-Look Up, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc. Exceptional data analysis and organiziational skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Manages key Pricing Execution processes and ensures standard service level agreements are being met.
Pricing Support and Pricing Claims.
Manages customer onboarding’s in relation to Pricing execution to ensure successful and timely pricing implementation.
Research and analyze improvement opportunities in relation to pricing, margin and operational processes. Work with other departments to implement process change in support of the identified opportunities.
Responsible for training staff members while ensuring procedures are followed and procedures are clearly defined.
Interacts with other departments to address issues, requests and questions.
Performs other job duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
EXPERIENCE:
2-3+ years of Distribution experience in Pricing or Accounting Departments2
System Implementation Preferred
KNOWLEDGE:
Understanding of pricing processes and structure (Costing)
Margin calculations
Accounting, Finance, Data Base Management and weights/measures
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong Microsoft suite skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
