Job Description
Primary Location: Monterey, California Headquarters Office
Essential Functions
LanguageLine leads the development and delivery of language communications solutions supporting 25,000 global customers across healthcare, financial, commercial and mission critical public utility sectors.Our Technology Team is implementing a next generation Cloud-enabled technology platform supporting voice, video, mobile and text interpreter/translation services. This position involves regular communication with senior management and business stakeholders and is accountable for driving the requirements, planning, execution and delivery of our technical projects. Leadership and initiative will be key traits needed. Projects may be software development or network or platform/infrastructure related. This will include working with end users to ensure business needs are defined and met and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.
This Technology Project Manager/Business Analyst hybrid role will manage or partner with other Technology and Business Project Managers leading different work streams to deliver a given project or program.The Technology Project Manager/Business Analyst will work with projects to ensure coordination, scoping, requirements gathering, planning and execution is managed and planned and contingency and mitigation plans are in place as required
This position is required to work at our company headquarters in Monterey, California.
