Job Description:

The I-9/E-Verify Specialist – This role will be front line support for incoming client calls, chats and emails regarding I-9 matters or technical issues with the simplifi-9 platform. Daily Data entry and approval of I-9’s for clients using our Remediation services. Assist clients inquiring about USCIS Acceptable Documents for I-9 completion. Analyze and review current I-9/E-Verify laws as needed for each case, referring client back to their legal counsel as necessary. Return calls for overnight voicemails, chats, and emails from clients and their employees promptly as I-9 is a time sensitive matter.

What You’ll Do 

The I-9/E-Verify Specialist functions as the initial main support contact for all divisions of HIREtech, routing callers to the proper division. This position along with a small internal team, handles I-9 division incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, partners, and client employees who require general I-9/E-Verify assistance or having technical issues with our solution. This position will require yearly E-Verify training and certification with the Department of Homeland Security allowing the ability stay abreast of new regulations and requirements and to create and resolve inquiries and cases for our clients as needed.

  • Technically astute with the ability to explain how to properly navigate our platform or troubleshoot with clients
  
  
  •  Implementation of new clients, including but not limited to gathering additional information, setting. expectations, and working with internal and external support teams to complete all necessary tasks prior to the deadline
  
  
  •  Use our proprietary software to route, maintain  and provide proper timely assistance regarding I-9/E-Verify to all parties involved
  
  
  • Provide consistent, timely client feedback
  
  

Qualifications 

• 
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources, Business,  or Communication discipline related to client services .
  
  
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service or Human Resources.
