RH is hiring a Leader to join our Asset & Profit Protection team. As a Leader will oversee all project management for physical security systems that focus on protecting our People, Property, Products, and Profits.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day
• Lead multiple complex projects concurrently often with tight deadlines, limited resources and multiple stakeholders. Collaborate to determine requirements, establish priorities and monitor progress
• Design, develop, and implement plans for system installations, upgrades, and repairs
• Develop and execute training programs on physical security systems for end users
• Perform all other job duties as assigned by the Asset & Profit Protection Director

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in managing the operation, installation and maintenance of physical security systems
• 2+ years previous experience as a Project Manager for large, complex installations
• Experience design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam
• Strong influencing skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of management, project teams and vendors to achieve objectives
• Resilience in the face of adversity and excel under pressure
• Exceptional critical thinking, time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on writing policies, procedures, manuals, and corporate global communications
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Ability to travel
• Must be a self-starter, organized, proactive, and detail oriented
• Ability to process sensitive material and maintain a high level of confidentiality
