Based in New York, the Deposits & Credit Product Strategy & Development will partner with senior management across the global practice to develop and deliver on business strategies and priorities. The role will partner closely with the Global Head of Deposits, Custody & Credit Products, other business partners and functional teams, and members of the leadership team to execute key strategic projects. This role will be responsible of the product strategy across Deposits & Credit. Additionally this role will also be responsible for deposits product development and management and will partner with the lead of credit product management.
Description/Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Planning process across various initiatives and priorities and partner with leadership to prepare for regular business reviews across key stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, Client Service, Solutions Management, Front Office
Develop, monitor and execute the annual technology budget and implementation to provide key partners with better tools and more efficient processes
Provide Project Management support and lead a team that manages projects- understand requirements from the business, partner with technology to prioritize and deliver analysis to business user acceptance: prepare status updates for all levels of management, ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues
Participate in risk reduction by monitoring & maintaining a sound control environment and supporting audit and regulatory reviews and initiatives; Own end-to-end compliance, legal, risk, and audit inquiries and issue resolution
Play a leadership role in driving business-initiated change management activities across the infrastructure (assess the ask, formulate solution in conjunction with business partners, manage the execution, measure success, manage risks & controls)
Partner with JPMorgan's Wealth Management investment teams and internal distribution channels to understand market dynamics, evaluate ideas through explicit business cases, and prioritize potential opportunities that meet their business goals, bringing the best of JPMorgan's credit business to our clients.
Lead and partner with other strategic product and development teams to align and execute on business priorities for the product line. Coordinate with key constituents to ensure "product readiness" in core product positioning, marketing & branding support, and education. Key partners include product strategy, marketing, business development, distribution channels, business intelligence and investment teams.

Qualifications
10+ years of financial services experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking and/or Broker Dealer
Subject matter expertise in Deposits, Credit and/or Investment Products
Strong background in Product Development and Product Management
Proven ability to distill complex ideas into consumable and actionable materials
Experience analyzing, communicating and executing against complex business initiatives
Strong track record of delivering on business initiatives in the asset management industry
Highly self-motivated individual with a strong solutions orientation: able to concisely articulate and explain needs and recommend solutions
Ability to influence and partner effectively across a global organization
Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively and capitalize on change
Excellent presentation skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
