DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seekingMedical Appointment Clerk candidates to provide support for theInternal Medicine Clinicat the Naval Hospital Pensacola in Pensacola, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and hospital personnel and provide accurate responses in a friendly, courteous, and concerned manner.


• Fax, copy, scan, print, and type documents to complete daily tasks.


• Use the Composite Healthcare System (CHCS), the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Applications (AHLTA), and various other databases in support of patient care and to satisfy administrative requirements.


• Verify patient eligibility and enrollment status.


• Schedule, reschedule and/or cancel appointments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED


• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)


• At least, one (1) year related experience.


• US Citizen


• NACI clearance
