Job Summary:



The Billing Training and Project Administrator is responsible for ensuring training needs are being met. This role will be expected to be of support to all rental revenue function areas as needed. This includes employee QA, reporting's analysis, root causing issues, and special projects as directed by management.






Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)



Billing Training and Project Administrator I




  • Conducts New Hire training classes and assist with on-going training for existing staff as needed.


  • May be responsible for assisting in creating, maintaining, housing and the delivering of training material to the billing team.


  • Ensure employees are meeting/exceeding QA standards by working with department leadership team.


  • Assist with External and Internal Audits on an as needed basis for Medicare and Commercial


  • Insurances.


  • Run, develops and analyze department reports/analytics to seek out possible issues and works with management to address issues timely.


  • Responsible for ensuring Department has acknowledged all work instructions and forms in Intelex.


  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.


  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.


  • Assist with any other duties as assigned.



Billing Training and Project Administrator II



In addition to items listed for Billing Training and Project Administrator I, a Billing Training and Project Administrator II may also be responsible for the following:




  • Manage and organize all Billing Department related projects.


  • Maintain and update all department work instructions as needed and complete DCR process.


  • Create and develop as well as maintain and deploy new hire onboarding training documentation.


  • Responsible for maintaining Administrator access for multiple applications for the Billing Department.


  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Billing Sharepoint site.


  • Provide project management support to department leadership groups to resolve complex questions about departmental processes.

  • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Medicare and Insurance program rules.


  • Must have a strong work ethic.


  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to sales team members, management and executive leadership.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.


  • Attention to detail is required.


  • Able to conduct employee training and ensure QA standards are being upheld.


  • Ability to analyze and interpret company financial data & reporting.


  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing & reviewing financial information.


  • Analytical & problem-solving skills & ability to multi task.


  • Ability to quickly resolve high volume issues.


  • Excellent planning, communication and organizational skills.


  • Ability to effectively interface with different departments within the company.


  • Able to travel up to 25% a year.



Qualifications (Experience and Education)


















Level I






Billing Training and Project Administrator I




* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study, required.



* 1-3 years' experience in Medicare insurance billing and/or collections required; preferably for oxygen or HME



* 1-3 years training, project management and QA experience, required.



* Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, New Voice Media/Vonage, Brightree and/or Oracle required



* A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.




Level II






Billing Training and Project Administrator II




* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study, required.



* 3+ years' experience in Medicare insurance billing and/or collections required; preferably for oxygen or HME



* 3+ years' experience training, project management and QA experience, required.



* Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, New Voice Media/Vonage, Brightree and/or Oracle required



* A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
