A business development intern is requested to be part of the Business Development team who are collectively responsible for identifying, evaluating, pursuing and executing acquisitions, divestitures and strategic real estate investments and development.An internship is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate studying aviation. Responsibilities

The intern will work under the direction of the business development department and Provide analytical support and detailed reporting from inception through implementation across a wide range of projects. Evaluate potential new investment prospects and business opportunities, including M&A and growth investments within the company's existing footprint. Lead construction of detailed financial models including the development of long-term operational projections and an optimized capital structure. Prepare materials for use in Capital Committee and Board meetings and assist in presenting opportunities to senior management for consideration. Draft proposal and transaction documents to include term sheets and letters of intent.
