WHAT TO EXPECT


As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Denver office, you willwork closely with Regional Operations finance team to create annual plan for Manufacturing Value-add expenses and respective volumes

  • You'll report to the VP Operations Finance.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):



  • Coordinate Global Flex model files and work closely with Americas team to bridge communication between Plant Controllers and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) leads.

  • Collaborate with Operations Finance counterparts to create comparison analysis as demanded

  • Develop, track and trend KPIs for Operations Finance team. Present KPI scorecards to S&OP and Operations leadership monthly.

  • Close engagement with monthly forecast cadence across Gates regions

  • Support strategic projects for Operations Finance - ensure that savings are correctly stated and that we realize committed savings.

  • Introduce consistency of reporting and manage the financial bridge and variance explanation process for Manufacturing Value-Add accounts

  • Manage Global Headcount reporting across Gates regions and analyze against flex models

  • Assist in Global Policies verification and corrections








ABOUT YOU



  • Undergraduate or Master's degree is required

  • Business/Accounting degree is preferred

  • CPA or equivalent is preferable


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Previous Operations Finance experience is preferred

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex data

  • Desire to understand and improve upon current processes

  • Oracle, Hyperion, SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
