As the world's most innovative, collaborative consulting group, we've built a space to share ideas like never before. Do you have the skills, passion and commitment to transform industries for the better? Think you can bring your A-game every day? If so, join us. We like big thinkers with action on the brain...

Without solid foundations for the here and now, the future is hard to imagine. That's why our Strategy team advises on staying nimble with the big picture in mind. Whether clients want to disrupt old markets or grow into new ones, we build a top-down plan, taking in everything they'll need to do it. Facts, figures, creative thinking - all of it inspires you. But the bottom line isn't scary; you know numbers carry more weight than words.

Why North Highland? Every choice you make will give you the opportunity to grow. It's our employee ownership model - with plenty of coaching and personal development opportunities in the mix. At North Highland, you're never a number. Our firm is large enough to scale up, test your mettle and tackle big challenges, but small enough that clients won't lose your face in a crowd. You're recognized individually.

As part of our Strategy team, you'll design customized operational and workforceoptimization strategies to generate in-year returns, while driving innovation and solidifying our clients' foundation for the future. Our multi-disciplinary teams use a nimble, adaptive approach that enables organizations to disrupt current markets and grow into new ones. With an obsessive commitment to results, you'll partner with clients to create strategies aligned to their specific objectives, measuring success based on bottom-line results.
