This position is responsible for overseeing major account sales and customer service. This includes:

• Placing orders


• Following backorders


• Updating customers on their shipments


• Ensuring proper shipping


• Timely response to customers


• Inventory planning


• Overseeing major accounts reconciliations


• Work with empathy and urgency to provide great customer service

This position requires the following:

• High school graduate or equivalent, Associates degree or some college courses preferred


• Experience in customer service, especially via email and phone


• Detail oriented, organized and punctual


• Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills


• Promote and participate in a team environment


• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and database systems


• Work well in a high-pressure, quick paces environment


• Experience in AS400 and SIS computer systems


• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
