Reporting to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), the Oncology Pharmacist Director will work collaboratively in clinical, staff, and ambulatory roles, putting their excellent communication skills to use while interacting with healthcare providers and patients alike. 

The Oncology Pharmacist Director will be responsible for daily multidisciplinary rounds, staffing of an anticoagulation clinic, processing, compounding, and dispensing inpatient orders/drug informational services to medical staff, while supervising technicians and other staff members, and supporting the interdisciplinary team as a whole. They will educate patients and families on medication therapy management services and transition of care. The Oncology Pharmacist Director will play a pivotal role in both the Pharmacy and Clinical setting.
