As our Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising production personnel on various shifts. From you, this position requires strong leadership skills. People and process development will also be critical to this role. The Production Supervisor will mentor staff, contribute to continuous process improvement, and ensure that proper sanitation and safety guidelines are being met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become an advocate for Nestle' Continuous Excellence (continuous improvement program). Be a catalyst for people development through mentoring, coaching and performance management.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor staff in the achievement of department and personnel goals.
- Promote an open environment for safety continuous improvement while holding a level of individual accountability.
- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant), on time and meeting consumer expectations through coaching of employees.
- Achieve high levels of asset intensity by reducing unplanned stops, speed loss, waste generation and optimizing planned downtime performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or military environment.
PEFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferred.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership position, preferred.
