Essential Job Functions:

• Work will mostly be outdoors
• Oversee use of property amenity to ensure residents are following rules set by property
• Check residents in/out of area as required
• Cleaning touchpoints of the area as instructed by property.
• Keep area(s) clean and tidy as required

• One to two years of experience in customer service role
• Able to be outside for long periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work day or weekends as required
