Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant in Dallas

Location: Dallas

Role overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, your main goals are to develop relationships with clients who have niche technology staffing needs and to find and place highly skilled IT professionals into those positions. It is a sales-driven role where you need to build strong relationships with a wide network of clients and candidates.
Training
At Frank Recruitment Group we are a very career-oriented organization with a clear career path from entry-level all the way to Executive Vice President. Most of our EVPs started with the company as Trainees.

For now, we have mapped out your journey from Trainee to Senior Recruitment Consultant over 15-18 months, with the first key period being your first 3 months. Coming in on day one you will be trained by our best in class learning and development professionals, with 9 days of classroom-based training in your first 12 weeks. You will focus on real work, calling real candidates, and working real live jobs with a list of 400 clients that you will own. It is a structured time with achievable goals and a checkpoint at the end of the 3 months to ensure you have achieved your goals.
Reporting to
You will report to an AVP or VP.
Areas of responsibility
While undertaking your role you will be expected to be a brand ambassador for Frank Recruitment Group. You are in essence running your own small business within the Frank Recruitment Group. You will need to provide our candidates and clients with high levels of customer service at all times, this will involve representing yourself as a credible, professional, industry expert that always gives accurate, informative and timely advice. Displaying Frank Recruitment Group's core values, you will be expected to meet the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets that will be mutually agreed in your Monthly Business Review with your direct manager.

Candidate management


  • Build a network of new highly sought after, candidates specific to your market
  • Regenerate candidates with high demand skill sets from our internal database (Phoenix)
  • Generate commercial leads through speaking with candidates
  • Telephone and video interviewing prospective candidates to assess suitability for roles
  • Prepare coversheets and CV/Resumes
  • Managing candidates expectations throughout the recruitment process and provide honest and prompt feedback

Team

  • Engage and contribute towards all team targets and incentives
  • Participate in the sharing of all relevant leads and commercial information regarding Clients and Candidates to relevant team members
  • Support team members to achieve the best customer-centric and commercial outcomes

Reporting

  • Identify key activity statistics using our internal database (Phoenix) in preparation for Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings
  • Pledge placement forecasts accurately with manager support

Business development

  • Develop relationships with existing and new hiring managers to win business
  • Identify new clients and contacts using a variety of tools including our internal database (Phoenix), LinkedIn, job boards and leads
  • Send relevant candidate profiles to prospect clients to generate new vacancies
  • Writing effective marketing material to send to clients selling FRG and its services
  • Call prospective Clients regarding FRG services and the Candidates we can provide them

Client and job management

  • Provide market advice including salary/contract rate information and availability of candidates to clients
  • Prepare candidates and clients for interviews and ensure feedback is given to both parties
  • Ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly by consulting with clients and candidates on a regular basis
  • Discuss and agree Terms of Business
  • Negotiate contracts and offers with clients and candidates to secure the placement
  • Conduct aftercare calls post-placement

Systems and processes

  • Ensure all data is entered into our internal database (Phoenix)
  • Update candidate and client records to maintain accurate and complete data
  • Attend monthly training webinars
  • Adhere to all FRG policies and procedures

You will be given monthly feedback on your performance from your manager during your Monthly Business Review. To be successful and achieve the goals to become a Recruitment Consultant you will need to be resilient, resourceful, positive and prepared to Go Beyond.
