This Sr. Manager Analytics role oversees a portfolio of projects and works closely with Digital Technology transformation POD teams to help develop and deliver various digital analytics capabilities using product management principles in a agile approach within the Digital portfolio at BCBSMA.

Expected to drive a culture of Digital transformation and agility, delivering value for our consumers and business. Collaborating with key stakeholders, working closely with Enterprise Technology teams, as an agile team member will be accountable for end to end analytics ownership, gathering detailed business requirements/epics, stories, scrums, tagging and reporting, dashboards - user acceptance and testing including post production operations management. All with eye towards security and compliance, speed to market (MVP), insights driven and consumer focus.

Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
