Working closely with the Executive Director of KLA Foundation, the Community Engagement/CSR intern will manage and deliver the mini-microscope educational program to various KLA locations. A significant part of the role is working with external and internal key stakeholders to proliferate and customize the educational program to the different KLA locations, gather data, present information, and make recommendations to management.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the development and implementation of the mini-microscope education program
Scheduling educational training sessions at various KLA locations
Disseminate training material such as lesson plans, microscopes, and feedback forms
Maintaining training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, school lists, program changes, etc.)
Suggesting improvements or new programs
Troubleshoots issues as they arrive
Assist with implementing the CSR database
Presenting findings to KLA Foundation and HR teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
This role requires an understanding and awareness of project management issues.
As a community Engagement/CSR Intern, you must be able to work independently.
Being a personable and strong communicator with all levels within an organization is important.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability is required.
You must be willing to work on a flexible schedule to meet the international location time zones.
Extensive interviewing is required.
Strong Microsoft Office software skills are necessary to present the results of the assessment and the final report.
Awareness of global and cultural issues is essential.
