About the job

The HRBP will be the primary HR point of contact for the US Finance team (approximately 150 Danoners) and will report to the SVP, Transformation & Corporate HR. He/she will also support our IT team and newly formed Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (ES&T) team as needed in support of their team transformations.

The HR Business Partner's ultimate accountability is to build strategic organizational capability across the function. The Business Partner is responsible for collaborating with business leaders and HR COE's to deploy talent management, organizational development and total rewards solutions to drive the business strategy and breakthrough results. This work is executed in compliance with internal policies, laws and regulations. The HR Business Partner functions as an employee advocate, providing managerial coaching and challenging colleagues to stay committed to the business end game. Strong collaboration between HR & the business stakeholders within the Danone is required to be successful in this role

About you

Business Strategy & Transformation:


  • You will participate and drive overall governance/communication for the Finance Leadership Team

  • You will show curiosity and understanding of business strategy & dynamics

  • You are proactive & collaborative in driving transformation with the teams you support

  • You will anticipate, build, and execute change/transformation plans

  • You flourish in change environment & embrace ambiguity

  • You have experience influencing key stakeholders at all levels

Talent Management & Learning:


  • You will build, execute, and track overall talent strategy action planning, including succession planning and people moves across the function in partnership with our Talent team

  • You will be the HR SPOC for our Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP), and be responsible for maintaining & executing the talent rotations & development planning associated with this program

  • You have experience successfully driving key talent projects and initiatives across the teams and will be key in driving these for our team

  • You will partner with Talent Acquisition in posting and staffing of open roles, including tracking internal talent ready to move and interviewing/driving decision making on external hires

  • You will lead Talent Review for the function in partnership with our Talent team and ensure regular talent conversations/ action planning are taking place at the Leadership Team level throughout the year

  • You will use talent insights to anticipate needs and implement solutions for the function and partner with your colleagues in managing our Talent Scorecard

  • You will successfully execute all HR Cycle processes and ensure HR system updates are completed in a timely manner

  • Manage employee changes/new hires/terminations, and other HR program administration. Partner with business on new hire onboarding & conduct and analyze exit interviews.

  • You are a strong partner with business to create empowering environment within teams

  • You demonstrate confidence, care, and courage in making decisions

  • You are an ambassador for the business & HR, ensuring adequate levels of proximity & collaboration

Must Haves:


  • Act from the principle that Danoners are at the heart of our decisions

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. MBA, MS in Human Resource is a plus.

  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in supporting diverse client groups.

  • Strong OD/change management experience with proven track record of driving transformation

The base compensation range for this position is $110-140K.
