Qualifications:

• 
  Ability to obtain and maintain Customer Service Certification
  

ExperienceandEducation:

• 
  High School Diploma
  


• 
  Some College Preferred
  


• 
  Computer Literate
  


• 
  Data Entry/Typing
  


• 
  Necessary certifications as required: IATA, IMDG, RCRA, etc.
  


• 
  At least 3 years of customer service experience
  

CommunicationSkills:

• 
  Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

  Ability to create accurate, meaningful and professional correspondence
  

ComputerSkills:

• 
  Ability to learn system(s) of record

  Accurate data entry

  MS Office suite skills and experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint)

  Familiarity with NCR/CAPA system and ability to help determine root cause and make suggestions for continuous improvement
  

Primary Responsibilities of the Job:

• 
  Enters Orders in the appropriate SOR meeting accuracy and timeliness guidelines
  


• 
  Works with Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy to expedite orders
  


• 
  Escalates Customer Service Issues to Supervisor or Customer Service Specialists
  


• 
  Performs order entry into the Chem-Star WMSand/or customer system(s) of recordas aback-uponly
  


• 
  Initiates and receives telephone and email communication with customers
  


• 
  Escalates and communicates with internal and external customers as needed or requested
  


• 
  Researches escalated issues and communicates back with customer in a timely manner
  


• 
  Researches customer questions and inquiries and reports findings in an agreed upon, timely manner
  


• 
  Trains backup [or 2-in-a-box] to perform all functions for their assigned responsibilities
  


• 
  Other duties as assigned
