We are currently seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team as we continue to expand our rapidly growing global network infrastructure. This new role will help to support our North and South America Employee Experience Team. Specifically, we are looking for someone that can help our team to transform the way we conduct our employee experience through process enhancements, new technologies, and operational expertise.
Responsibilities/What you'll do:
Partner with the global People and Culture team to deliver a world-class employee experience
Support a high hiring velocity by optimizing a strategic offer generation, on-boarding, and orientation process
Facilitate the immigration process by working closely with our legal attorneys (30% of role)
Generate and analyze HR-related reports as needed from our HRIS
Contribute to policy creation and manage the Employee Experience intranet
Serve as the first line of assistance for employee queries
Manage daily administration of our internal databases including HRIS, background checks, ServiceNow, etc.
Facilitate the offboarding process with exiting employees
Complete employee verifications
Stay current on HR technologies and seek ways to improve employee experience and administrative efficiency via technology
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Experience in process optimization (process mapping and optimization, program management is a plus)
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of experience working in human resources is required, preferably with a background in People Ops or HR technologies
Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired
Experience with visa processing and managing legal attorney relations
Experience supporting operational HR programs
Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica)
A passion for organizational culture, design, the future of work, and human-centric People approaches
Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms/technologies
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and comfortable operating in a fluid environment
Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company
