Pentair's North Aurora, IL facility is looking for highly motivated team members to be part of the centrifugal pump manufacturing process on 1st and 2nd shift.

This role will:


  • Follow all documented safety rules and practices.

  • Utilize forklifts to move product within the facility.

  • Utilize spray gun to paint products.

  • Assemble product by utilizing power hand tools.

  • Verify parts to ensure they are correct per bill of material & pick list.

  • Use the proper lifting techniques both manually and with lift assist devices including overhead crane to move products.

  • Perform daily Lean manufacturing 5S activities.

  • Work in a fast pace environment and meet daily production goals.

To qualify for the opportunity you must have:


  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Mechanical ability and prior experience with power hand tools.

  • Ability to operate a forklift.

  • Ability to read and comprehend facility orders.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Position hours/shift:


  • 1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM

  • 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights up to 40 pounds. Steel toed shoes are required.
