Job Description

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a highly motivated technical professional to work in the Infrastructure Applications group within the Information Technology (IT) Department. The successful candidate will work in a technically diverse and dynamic environment on a variety of multi-classification networks. Some of the duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Administer and provide technical expertise for enterprise vulnerability management environment (Tenable Nessus), Microsoft Skype for Business, Exchange,and Office 2016.


• Supporting SaaS products including backend infrastructure and user community


• Develop, test, update, and implement continuity of operation processes.


• Developtechnical documentation related to configuration, users guides, FAQs, etc for Microsoft and Tenable products.


• Resolve escalated Help Desk issues.


• Plan, design and implement technology upgrades to security related applications and products.


• Cross train other System Administrators.

Required Skills

Associate:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

Intermediate:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years relevant experience; or


• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

Preferred Skills

• Previous/current internship within IT.
