|Duties and Responsibilities||
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the Oprerations Coordinator supports all activites related to opreations of Graduate and Professional Enrollment Mangement Office. Leads the accurate and timely processing of admission applications and supporting documents. The Operations Coordinator is also responsible for processing decision forms. In addition to processing duties, the Operations Coordinator is a point of contact for applicants and for Loyola faculty and staff, and assists the Associate Directors as needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manages the application process for admissions system, Slate, including data entry of applications, troubleshooting any application issues, monitoring workflow, and ensuring proper data entry.
|Minimum Education and/or Work Experience||
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with Admissions CRM-Technolutions Slate preferred. Familiarty with Unviersity SIS- PeopleSoft preferred. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS office suite; adept user of Internet, e-mail and other office automation systems.
