Summary

The Medical Assistant will assistin the preparation and delivery of ambulatory patient care as directed by providers and other licensed clinical personnel. They are expected to skillfully and consistently perform clinical duties per established policy and procedure. The care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the Specialty Clinic.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accreditedMedical Assistant program


• CPR - BLS is required


• One year experience in pediatric office or family setting preferred


• Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred but not required


• National certification preferred
