Why This Role is Important to Us

The Director, Business & Provider Partnership Development is responsible to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop strategies that achieve the growth and expansion goals of our business. Relationship Development and Sales focus is a key element to growth, and the Director will lead the development of growth targets and strategies for our business. The Director is responsible for the overall strategy development and execution of our Provider, Strategic Partner & Direct Care delivery distribution channels and will have responsibility for the delivery and operational elements of these channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree Preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years in Business Development is required, 5 or more preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience is required, 7 or more preferred, performing positions of responsibility such as team management, program/construction management, design and engineering, project planning, and project coordination.

  • Must be able to make presentations, perform industry research, and prepare professional well-written proposals, and reports.

  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization and succinctly communicate convey complex issues to a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper at all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct matrixed teams on how to approach key initiatives, including identifying relevant data sources and subject matter experts.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior executives including the capacity to "see around corner" to unlock potential roadblocks and secure necessary funds/resources.

  • Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity.

  • Highly developed project management skills.

  • Highly skilled with common analytics and communications software - primarily Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau experience is a plus).

  • Team leadership, relationship-building and influencing ability to foster effective working relations across a cross-functional team including functional and divisional leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully support deal execution from sourcing to deal close.

  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and reach potential partners to evaluate enhanced and strategic partnership opportunities to further expand our growth.

  • Collaborate on the development of the growth roadmap, ensuring that the partnership will yield benefit to all parties, track and document the status of business development discussions.

  • Build business case and financial evaluation of each growth opportunity to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

  • Support the evaluation of potential business opportunities by developing assessments, planning and leading analytical and quantitative analyses (e.g. valuation, build market model assessment, transaction financial structuring & comparable analyses).

  • Represent CCA in discussions and works collaboratively with current and potential partners.

  • Develop and negotiate term sheets and identify solutions when needed to reach agreement on
    key deal terms.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute on growth plans, identification of new partnership opportunities, coordination of market and product research, and management of relationships with strategic partners and key internal stakeholders.

  • Continually monitor the business development landscape and maintain a database of deal making analytical tools and approaches.

  • Other duties may be considered such as driving competitive intelligence and supporting valuation models for internal pipeline programs.

  • Work collaboratively to develop the CCA's business growth strategy, develop forecasts for future growth, key assumptions for potential business partnerships and expectations for new partners and growth at existing partners.

  • Lead the evaluation of various Business Development initiatives that can drive growth and transformation, work with assigned leaders to develop the business case, forecasted revenues and margin, and level of investment needed.

  • Work collaboratively to develop a 3-5 year growth plan, as well as strategy and brainstorming sessions on the future evolution/direction of the company.
