This role will be responsible to build and integrate tools that will support HR Programs, Recruiting, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Analytics. Additionally, works closely with IT and Finance to ensure the HRIS strategy is aligned with the broader IPG strategy. This is a technical role that will be responsible for back-end system configurations and interface management.
Responsibilities
Drive technology strategy by evaluating current systems, identifying future needs, and selecting HR systems
Liaison to IT team for collaboration on new systems implementation and integration with current systems
Deliver improved process or system solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, by participating in activities ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, test planning and execution, training documentation and delivery, deployment, to support Global liaison and coordinator of analytics for Europe and Australia businesses.
Analyze business processes, and prepare detailed functional specifications for required development activities, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms
Reporting, analytics and dashboards to provide business intelligence needs in the areas of headcount, data changes, self-service usage, employment trends, etc.
Ensure workflows, approvals and notifications are operating as designed
Ensure various self-service tools are operating as designed
Lead M&A employee data integrations or divestiture processes
Manage mass changes
Create documentation for processes and create training materials for users
Proactively scan for and resolve any system-related technical issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality
Support live systems by troubleshooting, and resolving issues, by working with end users and collaborating with IT team members

Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems and phone systems

Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an HRIS function, with a minimum of 4 years of management experience
Demonstrated experience in building high performing HRIS function
Experience with enterprise HRMS (UltiPro preferred) is mandatory
Demonstrated ability to be creative, consultative and pragmatic in technology evaluation and implementation
Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
