SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing the highest quality of food and customer service to our guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serve food and beverages to guests according to defined standards


2. Provide exemplary customer service


3. Ensure food quality and presentation is outstanding prior to delivery in accordance to established procedures and standards


4. Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management


5. Assist with all support preparation and close-out protocols as defined by the organization


6. Create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality towards guests and co-workers


7. Work safely at all times


8. Special projects and assignments as business dictate

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in hospitality, high volume catering or full-service dining (preferred)


2. Superior Customer Service Skills


3. Professional Communication Skills


4. Ability to work as a team member
