This individual will work closely within the recruiting team to help create and implement a strategic program to improve diversity in the companys hiring process. The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, strategic, and thrives in a collaborative environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, network with and proactively reach out to minorities, female candidates, people with disabilities or other under-represented groups
Research and implement best practice for full cycle recruitment programs with a focus on diversity
Participates in diverse recruitment events throughout the community
In conjunction with the Director, track talent acquisition metrics and provides data and reports on a regular basis. Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of programs, makes adjustments as needed.
Mentor hiring managers on how to evaluate candidates objectively
Collaborate with HRMs on job descriptions, interview questions and other hiring material to ensure they contain non-biased language
Advocate for minorities and ensure equality across all full time professional and administrative roles
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree preferred
5 years experience in talent acquisition or related HR work
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Strong social media outreach practices on multiple platforms
Effective oral and written communication skills
Development of positive working relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work with diverse academic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
Participation in seminars and workshops around diversity in the workplace or relevant certification a plus
