Position Summary:
The leader in this position will own the overall transition plans for the ERP integration work in the O2C –O2B area globally
Responsibilities
Global Transition Leadership
Act as the single point of contact for Regional Transition Leaders (RTLs) with the Global ERP Integration Project Team for the O2C-O2B area
Be accountable for the planning and implementation all aspects of the O2C-O2B integration of TCS SAP to the S4/HANA ERP system and the new Elanco Solutions Center (ESC) structure
Maintain relationships with the ESC O2B teams and any regional/local O2B resources
Establish and manage the interaction model with RTLs and Area Transition Leaders (ATLs)
Drive alignment and consistency across identified key O2B process areas and applications (Hybris, Vistex), geographies, and projects within the ERP program
Provide a leadership role in planning and running O2B transition plan
Align with the cutover plan and blackout plan
Ensure that a plan is in place to gather localization requirements and provide a feedback loop to the sites working with S4 O2B SMEs
Consider incorporation of current Bison design and how it can be utilized in Bison 2.0, if there is a compelling business case to do so
Foster an environment for engagement with the local sites (affiliates and plant-sites), involving them in design, testing training, etc.
Ensure a plan and appropriate resources exist to resolve stabilization issues that will come up with the go live transition
Manage Go/No-Go decision making for each wave and be the focal point to communicate the Go/No-Go decisions based on site readiness
Plan for and manage master data migration in O2C integrations and coordinate across all FCOE teams
Communication & Change Management
Maintain regular communication with the FCOE teams, ERP Integration team, and regional transition leaders regarding all aspects of the integration program and ensure they are doing the same locally
Work closely with the business leaders to ensure the organization and external partners (customers, vendors, banks, etc.) are ready for the change
Ensure open and honest communication exists for feedback on the status of the program
Provide regular global communications on the status of the transition starting before go-live and continuing through stabilization
Work GPO’s and others to ensure that there is a training plan for local sites and ESC as needed
Track the status of the go live and stabilization including a log of what processes have been successfully completed by country and process
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline
Minimum 5 years of work or project management experience and in OTC
Strong People Management & Leadership Skills
Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills
Proven interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization
Demonstrates good judgment and is solution orientated
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Flexibility in adapting to a non-routine and fast paced environment
Systems experience, especially SAP and Hybris is a requirement

Position Length:
This position is for a period of 2 years with the potential to extend up to a maximum of 4 years.
Location:
This role can be located anywhere in the US with ability to travel to Elanco’s corporate headquarters in Greenfield, IN, as needed.
