Job Summary

Serves as single point of contact for Owens & Minor Sales and Implementation teammates and supporting vendors.  Ensures timely customer billing, contract process adherence, and accounts receivable processing.

Core Responsibilities

• Reviews/drafts contracts and Statement of Work orders for Owens & Minor vendors.


• Troubleshoots and serves as primary point of contact for escalated issues and questions (billing/invoicing/contract questions, etc.)


• Coordinates with Sales teammates to ensure accurate billing.  Adds/deletes customers & departments, updates pricing, reviews pricing against contracts, and audits existing contracts.


• Coordinates with Finance on new customer setup in internal systems, including providing all relevant customer data.


• Assists Sales and Implementation teammates with billing request forms.


• Pays invoices from Owens & Minor vendors.


• Maintains contract website, uploading new contracts and providing contract data to Sales teammates.


• Runs reports against contract website to provide proactive data to Sales teammates on upcoming customer contract expirations.


• Runs regular reports for time & expenses, sending them out to appropriate teams (Implementation,  Sales, etc.)


• Maintains Physical Inventory tracker & reports monthly financials to Finance.


• Performs additional duties as directed.

Qualifying Experience

• 3 or more years of customer service, contracts, or sales support experience


• Or any combination of relevant education and experience to meet the above requirements


• Proficient in Microsoft Office:  Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
