Job Description:

Logo Design Coordinator (train in-center, ability to work from home after training)

$15.75 per hour

Shift: first or second shift opportunities ( need to be available 1 - 2 Saturdays per month) 

Performs the administrative and clerical functions that ensure the accurate and timely availability and processing of logo designs for the customer. Responsible for identifying complexity of art, loading customer's information in the maintenance files and routing the file to the proper location.

Position Analysis:
• Open and sort  customer mail and faxes requesting set-up or logo redesign.
• Enter customer information into software program and assign a customer number and logo number.
• Key billing information into customer maintenance files, verify the information and redirect to proper areas for additional information if not filled out properly.
• Liaison between CAD, consultants, and customers. Works closely with sales consultants.
• Proficiently utilize multiple applications concurrently to achieve accurate results. Applications include use of Word, Excel, Photoshop Elements, and PowerPoint.
•Keep credit card information confidential.

Required Skills:
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other PC applications.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Good interpersonal communication and oral presentation skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
