Job Summary

Provides learning consultation, management and professional learning and sales training services for the US Sales Organization, commercial, product and marketing teams. An experienced learning and sales consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach that has strong communication skills, maturity, influence, problem solving abilities and associated competencies to match the environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

· Conduct needs discovery, analysis and training design plans for sales territories throughout the US. · Support all programs, resources, and tools of the Zete Performance department and ensure adoption by sales territories. · Assist the territory the adoption, training, and utilization of the salesforce CRM to drive target management. · Build Sales Training strategy for commercial, marketing, and product teams both at corporate and in a territory to ensure learning best practices are instituted and followed. · Oversee the design of product and selling based learning plan when indicated. · Direct the new rep onboarding program and certification process. Ensure the onboarding of new team members and experienced sales representatives with new products or features. · Participate in the integration of any new products, line extensions or learning tied to acquisitions. · Monitor, manage, and conduct audits for all field based learning events, tools, and associated content including programs tied to coaching and mentoring, onboarding, classroom, sales skills, leadership and other learning practices. · Act as a learning expert, coach, and mentor for all training, development, and growth initiatives that drive performance. · Manage territory reports, scorecards and dashboards. · Coordinate territory and regional training classes, webinars, and workshops. · Influence and coordinate territory based learning with commercial team members.

Expected Areas of Competence

• Excellent coaching and communication skills both written and verbal. • Strong problem solving/negotiating abilities. • High focus on processes and process improvement strategy/execution. Ability to work and lead in a team-based environment.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field. A minimum of 8 years experience in consulting or learning competencies required.

Travel Requirements

Up to 50%
