Job Description:

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist for our Mill Valley Pediatrics office in Marysville, OH. Schedule is the following:

Mon/Tue: 8a-5:30p

Wednesday: 8a-1p

Thurs/Fri: 8a-5p

 Duties/Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in and out


• Verifying patient demographics and insurance


• Collecting Co-pays


• Scanning/Indexing


• Answering phones and directing to the proper office


• Scheduling of patients


• Documenting in Electronic Medical Records


• Opening and closing the office


• Other duties as assigned

 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required


• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred


• Must have proficient computer skills.
