Deposit Product Manager - Midtown, Manhattan

In this position, you will be responsible forproviding subject matter expertise within Product Management, supporting the various specialized Sweep products and services, CD, Time Deposits, and enhanced IRD responsibilities. The Deposit Product Manager will manage the product life-cycle for assigned suite of product and partner with multiple business areas to ensure product offering remains compliant with relevant regulations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Partners with internal business partners on regulatory items, business development initiatives and product and service enhancements


• Serves as the Project Manager on assigned bank-wide rollouts and smaller scale initiatives to assist PCG' with new business development


• Manages the external sweeps suite of products with third party vendors


• Develops new products to meet the bank's need for brokered Time Deposits and Wholesale funding


• Provides directional oversight for the sweep suite of services including TBA, ZBA, internal auto sweep, and Investment Sweep


• Develops and publishes forms, agreements, procedures and processes to manage suite of products including marketing materials to highlight talking points


• Assists Senior Management on contract reviews and negotiations, including documenting the scope of the relationship


• Conducts market research on assigned products and services to create and enhance business cases

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred


• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management, Product Development or Product Marketing experience


• General Banking Knowledge - Data Management and Reconciliation is preferred


• Proficient in MS office suite of products - Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Strong knowledge of Commercial, Retail or Private Banking is preferred
