Here's where you come in:

As an Operational Efficiency Program Director, your main areas of focus will be to assess and implement new and existing process improvement initiatives to drive substantial gains in operational efficiency for our Construction Line of Business (LOB).

The purpose of this position is for an individual to join McKinstry is to work closely with LOB leaders to understand business objectives in support of our 2025 strategic vision, and guide and support teams to actualizing these goals most efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can: 1) lead change to improve workflows, processes, and relevant software applications; 2) bridge functional intersections between sales, estimating, pre-con planning, operations, supply chain, logistics, and technology; 3) engage with all stakeholders to leverage cross functional expertise, develop understanding, build consensus, and inspire change.

What we would like to see from you:

• (3) years construction project planning and execution preferred but not mandatory


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required


• (3) years of experience in optimization/efficiency/standards/process development preferred but not mandatory


• Lean certification, Six-Sigma Green Belt or similar certification, or equivalent experience, preferred but not mandatory


• Excellent verbal and written communicator, with good active listening skills.


• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with people at all levels required.


• Demonstrated facilitation skills and the ability to lead diverse project teams required


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio preferred.


• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce, Planisware and Viewpoint preferred.


• Operates with optimism, positivity and genuine approachableness


• Demonstrates the ability to listen calmly to divergent points of view, find common ground, and build support for our objectives.
