Responsibilities
* Assist with coordination and leadership of the classroom
*
Provide assessments of students: strengths, needs, and preferences.
Using this information to develop individualized education plans.
* Develop long and short-term goals.
* Implement comprehensive behavior support plans when necessary.
* Taking data on maladaptive behaviors; graphing and reporting updated findings to the clinical team.
* Ensure curriculum standards are met and integrated into students' IEP's.
* Use planning time to prepare and organize classroom materials and lesson plan.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or enrollment in a Master's program)
* Valid Driver's License
* Experience in ABA preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Commitment to helping children with significant challenges learn and grow
