Job Description


Tests, calibrates/validates and repairs electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is performed at a Keysight site. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals. Works on service support assignments with clearly defined objectives. Performs technical duties that may require use of judgment. Solves test, repair, calibration and refurbishment problems which require technical knowledge


Job Qualifications


May require some higher education or specialized training / certification in electronics, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Move to next level as knowledge gained and demonstrated ability to work more independently.
