Senior Manager- Tax (General Business)

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Commercial Tax practice in our Philadelphia, PA or Iselin, NJ office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

At EisnerAmper, we provide tax compliance, advisory, and advocacy services for a diverse client base that includes corporations and partnerships of all sizes, as well as high net worth individuals and families, and other operating entities. While some clients operate entirely based in the U.S., many have international interests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for our commercial clients.


• Review Federal, Multi-National, Multi-State Partnership tax returns


• Lead client relationships on day to day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services


• Research and consult on technical matters and special projects


• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service


• Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects


• Manage, train and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process

Basic qualifications for the opportunity

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field




• 8 + years of progressive tax experience



• CPA


• Experience working with commercial clients

Ideally, you'll also have

• Master's Degree in Tax




• 6 + years of supervisory experience



• Experience within real estate (commercial or residential), technology, manufacturing, healthcare or hospitality industry
