As our Cricket Field Marketing Manager, you will plan for the effective & efficient development and implementation of marketing projects to drive sales productivity, product/service volume, revenue & retention metrics and serves as the liaison between corporate marketing and the field.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and define market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
Oversee market results, monitor competitive activity and market share, and identify customer needs.
Consult and advise regarding marketing management
Confer with sales to develop new initiatives and brand consideration in the Rocky Mountain market to drive results; sales, products & new stores
Work prioritization, forecasting, scheduling and coordinating resources within assigned projects
Coordinate with product management to drive program impact
Collaborate with sales teams and community partners
Develop innovative ways to drive traffic to Cricket stores

Territory: Rocky Mountain region
Qualifications:
5+ years’ marketing experience
Ability to travel as needed for the business required
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them
