Field Marketing Manager at AT&T in Taylorsville, Utah

Job Description:

As our Cricket Field Marketing Manager, you will plan for the effective & efficient development and implementation of marketing projects to drive sales productivity, product/service volume, revenue & retention metrics and serves as the liaison between corporate marketing and the field.  

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
• Oversee market results, monitor competitive activity and market share, and identify customer needs.
• Consult and advise regarding marketing management
• Confer with sales to develop new initiatives and brand consideration in the Rocky Mountain market to drive results; sales, products & new stores
• Work prioritization, forecasting, scheduling and coordinating resources within assigned projects
• Coordinate with product management to drive program impact
• Collaborate with sales teams and community partners
• Develop innovative ways to drive traffic to Cricket stores
• Budget management
• Relationship building
• Territory: Rocky Mountain region
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ marketing experience
• Ability to travel as needed for the business required
• Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
• Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them
• Multi-cultural marketing experience
