Registered Nurse - Community Hospice House at Home Health & Hospice Care in Merrimack, New Hampshire

Southern NH’s award winning hospice provider, Home Health & Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join the Community Hospice House team! We offer a very special environment, staffed by the best clinical staff and help patients and their families experience a dignified and peaceful end of life. If you have both the heart and skills to work with hospice patients and families, consider joining our team. This opening will not last long! 32 hours per week, day shift, with every other weekend.

 RN - Community Hospice requires:

• Strong skills in symptom management


• Experience managing oncology patients and those with co-morbidities


• Knowledge or experience with end-of-life care and hospice care is beneficial


• BSN degree preferred


• Will consider Associate Degree RN with relevant experience


• NH RN license and CPR certification


• Experience with EMR, we use Netsmart formerly Allscripts preferred


• Certification in hospice and palliative care a plus

Experience

Preferred

• 1 - 2 years: Experience in oncology, palliative care, med/surg acute care preferred. Certification in hospice and palliative care (CHPN) a plus!

Education

• Associates or better in Nursing
