Job Description:
A Casino Slot Attendant will monitor assigned slot section ensuring positive and friendly guest relations, observes all activity within assigned areas offering assistance to Slot players and instructions on machine function payouts. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Protect company assets and all equipment
- Follow procedure of proper payment of machine jackpots, with great attention to accuracy
- Handle small slot malfunctions and report machine problems to Slot Technicians for repair in a timely manner
- Must possess knowledge of slot machine models, their functions, malfunctions and payout schedules
- Promote positive friendly customer relations at all times
- Observe Slot players and render assistance when required
- Accountable for maintaining compliance with establish regulations of Gaming Commission
- Keep strict control over slot machine individual access cards (SDS)
- Follow and comply FINCen, BSA, local and federal regulations and rulings.
- Comply at all times with Hilton standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Hotel and Casino operations
- Complies at all times with regulatory, departmental and company policies, also with federal and local laws
- Approach all encounters with guests and fellow employees in a friendly, service oriented manner

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- High School Diploma
- Criminal Background/Credit Check
- Casino license required
