Activision Blizzard is looking for an Editorial Producer / Project Manager to join our Social Media & Content Strategy team. In this role, you'll be a critical team member who is responsible for creating and managing content production systems -- from scheduling and production to approvals and launch and promotion - that will enable the team to execute on a range of content initiatives. You're someone with a strong bias for action who thrives in bringing order amidst ambiguity to help the team deliver top notch content, on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong production management skills and bring creative execution ideas to the team. This person will operate as a brand steward to ensure that content meets our overarching objectives, including addressing the needs of our audiences and leveraging integrations with our franchises.

The Editorial Producer / Project Manager should have an eye for quality and a portfolio of work to back it up. They are detail oriented and champions of process while being able to focus on the big picture.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement cutting-edge approaches to content for Activision Blizzard's digital platforms (web, social, email, etc.).


• Establish content production goals, creative briefs, estimates, schedules, and work plans.


• Manage the development and approval of content across mediums such as blog content, videos, and graphics by working with a range of internal and external partners.


• Work closely with internal partners (Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Franchise Communications) to shepherd projects from concept through launch and achieve the highest quality output.


• Actively work with internal stakeholders to manage Activision Blizzard's editorial calendar and help drive awareness of key milestones through weekly reporting to internal stakeholders.


• Develop and enhance processes to improve collaboration, alignment, and the impact of global projects.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of client or agency-side production experience with a portfolio of high-quality work.


• A solutions-oriented mentality and a discerning eye for high-quality content.


• Expertise in developing content for a range of digital channels including social media, web, and email, and managing creative teams throughout the creative development process.


• Experience implementing efficient workflow processes and implementing productivity tools.


• An ability to work quickly and effectively across a range of near and long-term priorities.


• Passion for gaming and a love for Activision Blizzard's games.
