Summary
The New Customer Coordinator supports the SI Sales Team in the rapid expansion of the Sorenson Interpreting business. This position includes contacting individuals provided as leads to Sorenson Interpreting and qualifying them for sales conversations. The primary form of communication is the telephone but also includes various forms of written communication. This individual should be a dynamic communicator with a passion for providing quality services on behalf of deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Lead qualification process includes conversations with potential customers, promoting Sorenson services and verifying that the individual is the correct POC/buyer
o The communication process may also include working with the internal lead source to clarify information or gather additional information.
o Once a lead is qualified, the agent will provide a formal handoff to the SI Sales team for further negociation
Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience:
Communications/Language Skills:
English: fluency required for both spoken and written
American Sign Language fluency preferred

Location:
Work from home or Sorenson HQ in Salt Lake City, UT.
Physical Demands (if applicable):
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer and communicatingthrough various telecommunication devices.
