Your day to day

Purpose of the Role:  Support Information Security Enablement and Leadership Teams through cross-team coordination and communication of Information Security’s strategy, goals, key activities, metrics, and current program maturity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work with CISO and Information Security Services leadership team by collecting information for and building executive presentations (e.g. board decks, c-level leadership presentations, cross-team communications, etc.)


• Key skills include ability to develop storyboards for key presentations, aggregate data, summarize key points, and present in visual slides / infographics


• Support additional “Office of the CISO” activities including -


• Manage agendas for key cross-team meetings (e.g. Quarterly department meetings, leadership team meetings, new joiner orientation, etc.)


• Draft cross-team communications


• Coordinate lunch and learn presentation


• Support process improvement projects by participating in stakeholder interviews, understanding related metrics & reporting, and documenting desired future-state processes / Ways of Working (e.g. RACIs, standard operating procedures, playbooks, process flow diagrams, etc.)


• Support project management oversight by assisting with regular status reporting, project set-up tasks & resource tracking / reporting in Clarity

 

What we need from you

Educational Attainment:

• B.A./B.S. degree in a related field


• Certification in lean six sigma and/or project management methodology is preferred

Critical Expertise & Experience:

• Ability to collect data from multiple teams, summarize, and aggregate into executive-level presentations


• Ability to research industry trends and collect data points for benchmarking


• Prior Program Management and/or process improvement experience preferred

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience effectively communicating verbally and in writing (emails, PowerPoint, VISIO workflows)


• Ability to interact successfully with multiple levels within an organization


• Demonstrated ability to work in decentralized environment and working in a multi-site organization


• Demonstrated ability to gain results through team members without direct management responsibility


• 2-3 years management consulting experience preferred
