HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR TEAM:
Responsible for the coordination and issuance of materials to production floor necessary to support customer shipments. Responsible for work order issuance and maintenance of rework and production jobs, routing input, ECO implementation, and expediting material to production. Assists Master Production Scheduler in execution of the production plan, priorities and ensuring sales order are fulfilled in a timely manner.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

Review and follow up action to fulfill Scheduled Shipments Report/OTD delivery
Follow Up and coordinate activities with Production in order for Make items to be processed in a timely manner to support customer sales orders/OTD goals.
Follow Up and coordinate activities with Purchasing, Warehouse and Shipping in order for Buy items to be processed in a timely manner to support customer sales orders/OTD goals.
Create, Release, Print and reconcile Work Orders to support Master Production Plan.
Review Material constraints and provide clear-to-build updates to Master Production Scheduler.
Work Order Management: Release, Print, Rescheduling, Closure,Resolve material shortages/discrepancies prior to closure.
Engineering changes: Update work orders in process to reflect latest engineering changes as indicated in ECN.
Support inventory reconciliation activities in WIP.
Support reporting activities for Production and Master Production Planning.
Review production control process 1D010000 and existing job description define PC vs MPS
Works with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to maximize customer responsiveness.
Implements schedule changes based on Sales reprioritization.
Initiates notifications to Sales on reported delays and potential delays while exhausting possible corrections.
