What You’ll do as a Recruiting Partner:
Create and own an amazing and positive candidate experience while coordinat
Partner with HR People Partners (Business Partners), to support recruiting efforts and develop and maintain community partnerships to support recruiting efforts
Proactively source candidates using key recruiting initiatives and resources and build recruiting networks to source qualified passive candidates through specialized programs and targeted sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline
Engage and communicate with in a positive, collaborative manner while building rapport and serving as a subject matter expert to coach and guide leaders through the talent acquisition process.
Proactively identify and update recruiting methods to address evolving hiring needs
Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, compliance guidelines and laws, recruitment strategies, and staffing industry trends and possess ability to deploy these tools to recruit employees
Deliver results based on applicable metrics and key performance indicators.
Additional duties as assigned
You’ll be a Great Fit if You Have:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a retail convenience store environment
Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools, such as search engines, social media, blogs, job boards and job postings
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and various technologies to support recruiting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required
A record of anticipating customer needs & giving high priority to customer satisfaction & service
Demonstrated ability to investigate & weigh alternatives & select appropriate course of action, driving activity to measurable results
Demonstrated strong written & verbal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
Substantial experience influencing others outside of his/her immediate space
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while being flexible to shift priority
