In this role you will:
Integrate and use disparate data sources (e.g. digital clickstream data, consumer demographic data, retail point-of-sale data) to uncover consumer insights and business opportunities to influence marketing strategy.
Design and monitor outcome-focused marketing database tests to include test design, audience strategy, automated reporting and analysis.
Build and lead analytic reporting dashboards and tools to help the business run marketing campaigns and initiatives (e.g. Power BI reporting).
Share your technical expertise while learning from a team of hardworking analysts. We want you to have:
Bachelor's degree; Statistics, Analytics, Logic/Philosophy or Business preferred
Strong analytical thinking with a proven record of providing meaningful data-driven insights to help advise and craft business decisions.
2+ years business experience in:
SQL or Python
Tableau or Power BI
Relational Databases
Solid understanding of Database Marketing (e.g. customer relationship management)
Experience with Digital and Offline Marketing Test Design
Passion for using consumer databases to identify and recommend business opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate abstract technical concepts with non-technical audiences
